By purchasing from Sonivida, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital Products

Sonivida sells digital audio files including hold loops, lobby tracks, and bundled audio packages.

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not provided once files have been delivered.

3. License

All purchased audio is subject to the Sonivida License Agreement.

Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for approved commercial use as defined in the license terms.

You may not:

• Resell

• Redistribute

• Share

• Upload to stock libraries

• Claim authorship

Without written permission.

4. Custom Audio Services

For custom audio projects:

• Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to project start

• Project scope must be clearly defined

• Revisions (if included) will be specified in writing

Custom projects may require deposits prior to work beginning.

5. Intellectual Property

All audio compositions remain the intellectual property of Sonivida Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchases grant usage rights — not ownership of copyright.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sonivida Studios shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Business interruptions

• Technical incompatibility with third-party systems

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm compatibility with their phone or audio system.
